Kumo is Microsoft’s latest future brand in development.You may have heard about Kumo back in 2008 when Microsoft’s officials talked about a possible rebranding for Live Search.

Kumo is actually an update for the actual Live Search which has started to be developed earlier this year by Microsoft employees.

Currently, Microsoft has declined to offer more information about the search engine, but PC News has write about some press conferences where Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said that is possible for Kumo to be released next week.

Microsoft’s CEO, Mr Ballmer is full of surprises so it is very possible that the current name, Kumo to be changed with another one.
