Because of the value of Iphone and other devices created by Apple like Ipod and Ipad it was pretty obvious that plagiaturism will appear. That’s why, Apple has made a plublic announcement about the intellectual propriety and it seems like HTC is the first one against which Apple has started the fight. The Taiwan company says that they disagree with Apple’s decision and the HTC CEO, Peter Chow said that “HTC disagrees with Apple’s actions and will fully defend itself,”.

Peter Chow also said that “HTC strongly advocates intellectual property protection and will continue to respect other innovators and their technologies as we have always done, but we will continue to embrace competition through our own innovation as a healthy way for consumers to get the best mobile experience possible.”

HTC was the first one that ever selled Windows based mobile phones in 2002 and also Android phone starting on 2008. That’s why the company believes that it has a huge advantage in the fight with great Apple company.
